Dorchester County Residents can dispose of leaves, shrubs, and tree limbs at the Miles Jamison Convenience Site or the Sandy Pines Convenience Site.

Requirements and Restrictions

• Limbs taken to these sites must be no more than 4 feet in length.
• Tree stumps will not be accepted.
• Yard debris from contractors or commercial businesses will not be accepted. 

Yard Debris not meeting these requirements can be taken to the Carolina Waste Landfill at 355 Harrison Rd, Dorchester, SC for a nominal disposal fee.

Miles Jamison Road Site

• Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Closed on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday

Sandy Pines Site 

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Closed on Wednesday and Sunday

Convenience Sites are closed for the following Holidays:

• Fourth of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
