Dorchester County offers online payment options for each of the below services:

For the convenience of the public, payments can be remitted online.

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa Credit Cards are accepted. Medical flexible spending account cards are not accepted at this time.

Please review your paper Dorchester County EMS bill and have your account number available prior to accessing the online payment portal.

A 2.2% + $.30 cents convenience fee will be added to your Amount Due to conduct the Online Credit Card transaction.
