 12-01 To provide for the issuance and sale of not to exceed $18,000,000 General Obligation Bond, Series 2012.
 12-02 An ordinance repealing Chapter 44, Article III and Article IV, and enacting in place thereof a new article III of Chapter 44 governing both Water and Sewer Services and uses for Dorchester County.

 12-04 A sixth supplemental ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of waterworks and sewer system revenue refunding bonds, series 2012, in the principal amount of not exceeding $26,000,000.
 12-05 An ordinance authorizing economic development incentives, including a fee agreement, between Dorchester County and Showa Denko Carbon, INC.
 12-06 An ordinance authorizing inclusion of property of Showa Denko Carbon Inc. in multicounty park.
 12-07 An ordinance to make appropriations for County Government, Educational, and Fire Protection purposes for Dorchester County for fiscal year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013.

An ordinance to amend the Zoning and Land Development Standards Ordinance Number 04-13, Article VI, Use Group 17(c) to add "and establishments engaged in the care, treatment, and housing of domestic animals"; Article X, Section 10.4.1(c) to delete the same and substitute in lieu thereof a new section 10.4.1.(c); Article XIII, section 13.5.7(j) to add a new subsection 13.5.7(j)(5); Article VI, use group 23(b) to delete the same and to add use group 23(c) "and water treatment plants, storage tanks, or pumping stations for the purification, storage and/or pumping of potable water"; Article X Section 10.4.18(a), (b) and (c) to add to each subsection, "water treatment plants and/or water storage towers."

 12-09 An ordinance to amend ordinance 09-12 and ordinance 11-17 and approving an amendment to the loan agreement between the South Carolina Water Quality Revolving Fund Authority and Dorchester County identified as South Carolina Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund Loan number S1-119-09-542-01 to provide for certain changes to the debt service reserve fund funding requirements therein.
 12-10 An ordinance repealing section 44-202 of Chapter 44, Article III, Division 21, and enacting in place thereof a new section 44-202 of Chapter 44, Article III, Division 21, with regard to use of enterprise funds. 
 12-11 An ordinance deleting Sec. 26-179(10) and Sec. 36-180, Chapter 36, Article VI and Substituting in lieu thereof a new Sec. 36-180, Chapter 36, Article VI
 12-12 An ordinance regulating the discharge of firearms in proximity to schools 
 12-13 An ordinance postponing the Quadrennial Dorchester County Reassessment 
 12-14 A seventh supplemental ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of waterworks and sewer system revenue bonds, series 2012B, in the principal amount of not exceeding $1,700,000 
 12-15 An ordinance to amend Chapter 2, Article III, Division 2. Section 2-98 (c) (4) a. deleting and substituting language dealing with placing items on the County Council Agenda. 
 12-16 Ordinance approving a loan from the South Carolina Public Service Authority to Dorchester County to finance certain improvements to the Waterworks and Sewer System.
 12-17 An ordinance repealing ordinance 10-19 and amending Zoning and Land Development Standards Ordinance 04-13.
