Forfeited Land Commission

The Dorchester County Forfeited Land Commission (FLC) will hold a procedural meeting at 1:00 PM on Monday, June 15,  2020 in the Willie R.   1. Authorization for the Chairman to act on behalf of the commission to accept bids
  2. Discussion of the selection of an outside entity to conduct the bid sale process for the FLC to include soliciting bids through an RFP in order to select the company to do this
  3. Any other business that properly comes before the Commission
  4. Any legal guidance necessary in regard to matters before the Commission
